I'm going to get a new computer soon and I'm wondering if this build would be alright:

I plan on playing games like GW2, Assassins Creed, PUBG, and Warframe, and I would like to know if this build would be able to get 60-120 frames (I recently got a 120Hz monitor) on medium-high or maybe even max settings. Is this build sufficient for that or should I change some parts?
I was also wondering, would I be able to transfer my hard drive itself from my current computer or just the data from it onto the new one?

Thank you in advance!
