New PC Build Issues

Hello all,

I just finished a new PC build and am experiencing problems with of brief freezing similar to a maxed out cpu while doing simple tasks like opening a web browser. They are small pc freezes typically around 10 seconds to a few minutes. I ran a ram test and everything checked out fine. I'd greatly appreciate any guidance as I'm stumped.

I resolved to a full reinstall of windows 10 and the issue is gone.

I Recently had exactly the same issue but after windows most recent update it has stopped. Is your version of Windows updated to the latest version?

I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1803, I believe that's the newest.

Have you tried running a Command Prompt as administrator to check for corrupted windows files? in the black Command Prompt window, type: sfc /scannow.Then press Enter on your keyboard.

I just ran it again, gave me a clean results.

Clean install of windows 10 resolved the issue.
