Made a few changes.
Better CPU and cooler, added SDD, changed the motherboard as that one is way overpriced, removed the OS as you can buy for 25$ online.

What will you use the PC for?

As an AMD user I'd second maxamillionfeettall on the 'bang Vs buck' of the Ryzen, and the SSD would be extremely noticeable for loading times of games. If you look at a Ryzen build make sure and check the QVL for the memory on your Motherboard list as the processor performance scales with faster frequency RAM.

I would say however if you simply want to turn the PC on and game, I've found intel to be much more 'friendly' in that respect.
