Question NEW pc build, Low Frames on League of Legend in low settings. HELP PLS...

Hi guys just made my first gaming pc after saving up a lot.
I decided to go for a cheaper option without a graphic cards and my specs are: -
Ryzen 5 2400g
MSI B450M Mortar
EVGA 600W
Crosair 2x8gb 3000mhz

I tried a lot but because i am new to all this it still doesnt seems to work.

Any hel[ would be great.

what resolution?
latest bios? latest chipset driver?
is the ram running at 3000?
