[SOLVED] New PC Build No BIOS, No hdmi signal Boot light on

Hello I have a new pc build and this is my first and I don’t know what’s to do next I made a usb That has window 10 in it and I insert it into my pc but I will don’t get post any ideas ?

PC specs are :

CPU-AMD Ryzen 5 3600x

Mobo-MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX

Ram- RIP JAW 2x8GB 3200 DDR4

Graphic card- Radeon RX 590

Power supply- power specs 650w 80+ bronze

SSD- inland professional 256GB
