New pc build, no display

I've tried to build my new pc, set up fine, fans running, leds running, but theres no display on the monitor. I've tried many solutions (such as repositioning the ram, changing view ports from motherboard to gpu ports, checking all cables are connected, i've even re-built my pc, whatever i try it still won't fix it. I also don't have a speaker on my mobo, so i don't know if my cpu and all that are working. I don't have any money to get it checked out or new parts, so please help me out

Do you have a dedictaed gpu?

i have a i5-4460 and ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard, i've tried the monitor and a tv, nothing will work
