Hi,

Just built a new pc and it boots, but monitor says no signal. The monitor recognizes that it is connected (says no cable connected but when the cable is connected it says no signal) but doesn't do anything else. I have tried 2 monitors and different cables (HDMI and Displayport).

Components:
Asus Prime Z370-P II ATX
Intel i5 8600K
MSI 1060 6GB OC
GSKILL RipjawsV DDR4 3200Mhz 16gb
Corsais MP510 M.2 SSD 480gb
SilentiumPC Spartan 3 LT HE1012
Corsair CX650M 650W

The system boots normally = cpu fan and gpu fans turn on.

I have tried everything on this list http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems including bread boarding and using speaker to hear the error beeps when all components are not connected although I couldnt hear any beeps. I don't know if it was because the speaker was broken or motherboard or some other part.

But anyway all I can figure out is that at least one of the components is broken, but I'm not really sure which one. So before I go buy new setup I figured I would ask you guys if you know some tricks that I dont or help me to choose the part/parts I should replace.

Solution
"including bread boarding and using speaker to hear the error beeps when all components are not connected although I couldnt hear any beeps"

If no beeps when only CPU and CPU cooler installed, the 8 pin power cable connected, then board, or CPU does not work.
