Question New PC build not working

I just built my first gaming PC last week. Yesterday my boyfriend's 1 year old PC took a dive, so we took mine apart to see if he needed to get a new power supply, GPU, Motherboard, or RAM. In the end, we were able to narrow down which part needed to be replaced, but after putting my PC together, it no longer boots up. The LEDs and fans turn on, but my RAM and GPU do not. The pilot light on my motherboard is also red, if that means anything? I'm running a Ryzen 5 with a Sapphire Nitro+ 5700 XT GPU. Has anyone else had this problem?

What is your spec ? because every motherboard have a different means. check your cables, do your 8 pin cpu power connected ?
