Hi I built my new rig today and as described in the title it will just power on for about 10s before cutting and restarting.

I'm using an i7 9700k with Kraken x62 and an rtx 2060 on an Aorus z390 pro board. Got a boot ssd and 2 hdds transferred from my old system in an s340 elite.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
this is a CPU too hot issue or something shorted..

Pull your VId card, disconnect your drives just Mobo, CPU and PSU.

will it boot to BIOs, what are temps, go from here.. Temps issue, Paste or Cooler problems..
Make sure all the MOBO screws are in correctly and not over tight, but all tight. Grounding issue can cause this, PSU can be the issue also.
All good here, start adding parts back till you have the issue again.
