samsung evo 850 250gb
Western Digital Blue 1TB
wifi adapter tp link tl-wn781nd
samsung dvd writter

My graphics card doesnt show any video/booting when its connected, tried with dvi adapter, vga cable and hdmi nothing shows on screen, the fans are spining and lights are on but no video.
The motherboard displays these codes when we boot the system with the vga card : 45 ,44 ,43 all the way to 25 then it starts again to 45.
Started the motherboard with onboard graphics and it works fine, installed the wifi adapter and can use the pc fine, but when we tried the gtx 960 again still no video

idk whats going on, is it bugged video card or something else wrong

Solution
Make sure you are connecting the power cable to the Video card and are moving the Video cable to the Card and not connecting to the onboard (sounds silly but it's a common mistake)

Make sure everything is connected by triple checking then make sure the screws are on and that none are missing. Make sure there aren't any bends on the cpu bottom.

we have checked many times now, everything is in place and the pc works great without it with onboard graphics but once we place it on we get black screen but fans and lights work fine

we have checked the cables everytime we tried to make it work
