Question New pc build r9 7900x3d rtx 4080 super no post only ram rgb turns on

So I have spent the last couple of hours trying to figure why the computer isnt posting and im at a complete loss, this isnt my first pc build and have had a few issues in the past but they were fairly simple fixes but most of the time the builds have gone smoothly. But right now i just camt figure it out, ive triple checked all the cables, tried each stick of ram on its own, cleared the cmos, flashed the bios, tried removing cable extensions and using stock psu cables instead and nothing. Also none of the debug lights are coming on which doesn’t help my situation

No all cables are original that came with the brand new psu or brand new cable extensions, only cables from old builds are the sata cables that connect to the mobo but even then I wouldn’t think those should stop it from posting
