New PC Build; System Fans, Etc. spin for a sec then stop when turned on.. (PC wont run)

Hello, I recently made a thread similar to this. My current motherboard I used for the build is a Gigabyte GA-Z170X Gaming 7 and the bios needs to be updated for the Core i7 7700k I am wanting to use to be supported and work. So I purchased a Pentium processor that is already Supported with the current downloaded bios. I figured this was the problem because it was suggested by someone on here. But, about 2 hours ago I recieved it and built the PC again with the Pentium Processor but the same thing is happening. I am new to PC building, its my first time. So, I am just confused on why this is happening and what I have to do to fix this ongoing problem??

Are you able to boot at all? As in, did you have chip before this that allowed the PC to start up?

Try flashing the BIOS using a USB.

You can list it on youtube and share the link here. But, did your PC boot up before? Has it booted up ever?

Could be a thermal problem, remember to use a thermal paste on the chip/fan. They can heat up very quickly if you don't and this sounds like the type of thing that would happen in such a case.
Also try resetting the CMOS.
