Comps:
Motherboard: Msi B550 -A Pro mATX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500
RAM: Kingston 16GB (2x8) FURY beast, ddr4 3200MHz
PSU: Seasonic 650W G12 Gc-650, ATX

So this is my first time building a pc and this is driving me crazy. When i try to start the new PC it wont boot up & no post. Only thing that happens is mobo CPU lights up at white and cpu cooler starts spinning, even the other fans wont run.

I have done so many things to try to fix it:
connected front panel connectors to mobo just like the manual tells me to do
used only one RAM stick at different slots
used two different GPU's (GTX 1050 TI, GTX 1060)
checked that everything is correctly pushed down.
removed CPU and cooler to make sure no CPU pins are broken and that it is placed correctly.
I have placed CPU power cable to mobo straight from psu, CPU cooler is pluged & mobo power cable are pluged in.
tried to remove CMOS battery

At the MSI support (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B550M-A-PRO/support#cpu) it says that Ryzen 5 5500 is compatible with B550 -A Pro so i am not sure that could it be older mobo bios

I dont even know what to do anymore

New motherboard stock will include the latest bios.
That is V27.
That is what you need for your processor.
There may be an indication on the motherboard package to indicate the bios level included.
If the store sold you old stock as well as the processor,
I think they would be obligated to make things right.
That could be by updating the bios for you, or by replacing the motherboard.
