Here are the Specs -
CPU - i5-9600k
H100i Liquid Cooler
MOBO - Gigabyte-H370M D3H
RAM - Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400
PSU - Corsair CXM 650W
**This build was hastily put together for my mom and my sister 2 days before Christmas. They wanted a PC on Christmas day so we went to Fry's and I had to work with what they had in stock. I haven't included all the parts because I believe that they aren't relevant to the problem. This is not my first build, but all of my previous builds have been far better planned out than this one.
So I believe that I have installed everything correctly and tried troubleshooting for a good hour or two already. I know that the motherboard is a generation behind, but I asked the worker's at Fry's and they told me that I would not require a BIOS update to get this working. I was very skeptical about this but I asked multiple employees and they confirmed it.
