[SOLVED] New pc build wont power

Hi everyone,

I'm building a pc with New and old components.

MOBO: MSI Tomahawk MAX (NEW)
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 (NEW)
GPU: ASROCK PHANTOM RX 570 8GB (7 months old)
PSU: Xilence performance C 500W (4/5 YEARS OLD)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 3200mhz (NEW)
SSD: Kingston A400 480GB (NEW)
Kingston A400 120GB (4/5 YEARS OLD)
HDD: SEAGATE BARRACUDA 2TB (4/5 YEARS)

I have everything connected right but when i press the power button nothing bleeps.
Only if i press the bios flash button is gives a red light.
I can send specific photo's

I touches Both pin 6 and 8 and pressed the power button but nothing happend. Should something happens? Cause the isn't any power in the circulation between the power button and pin 6 and 8 right

I have taken the gpu of for a better view.
I know the front panel cables AREN'T connected.

When I wanted to remove my cpu fan, the cpu sticked to the fan. So I pulled the fan of with my fingers (only touched the sides). And when I got it loose my finger slipped on the golden pins. Nothing was broken or dirty so I put it back in. Could this be the cause?
