That power supply is of awful quality. I do not recommend using PCSpecialist or any other company to design a PC for you. They cut corners at every step they can, it's unethical. You'd be much better off building a PC yourself. Even someone completely new to computers can build one nowadays with a few guides off the internet.

I'll see if I can knock you up a build for you to build.
