I bought a new mb, ram and cpu combo but kept the old hard drive as a system drive. The pc crashes randomly when not in use, the screen turns black, the mouse powers off, the keyboard lights cannot be turned on or off (num or caps lock) the motherboard and ram rgb lights keep working, the fans as well. I cannot reboot or turn off the pc by using the buttons for this, I have to unplug it to turn it off.
What I've tried:
Turning off the motherboard sleep function.
Updating drivers
Removing ghost drivers from the old system
Registry cleaners (ifter doing this one of the ram sticks rgb lights turned off and won't turn back on, the ram works tho)
A clean windows installation

PC specs:
Asrock x470 taichi uefi ver. 4.70
Team group T-Force R rgb 2x8gb on slots 1 and 3
Ryzen 5 5600g the motherboard is flashed to run ryzen 5000 and it works perfectly beside the crashes
1tb hdd from the old system
Windows 10 pro

PSU: make, model, wattage? New to build - correct.

Reliability History and/or Event Viewer may be capturing error codes, warnings, or even informational events just before or at the time of the PC crashes.

Double check that all cards, connectors, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

No one wants to force a connection especially with a new built. However something that may have seemed okay is really not fully in place.

Seat and re-seat as necessary to ensure that everything is securely in place.

It's a generic 600w psu, although it has enough amperage to run a ryzen system without a dedicated gpu I think.
And yes I'm relatively new to pc building.
The reliability viewer only shows unexpected windows shutdowns at the exact time I'm forced to pull the power cable, but nothing when the crash happens.
