New PC doesn't boot

I have a problem with my new PC that I built. All the componets are ok, the build is ok, but when I turn on the PC, I don't have any video signal ( video card or motherboard). I must say that I have a MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic and AMD Ryzen 5 2600. I know that the B350 motherboards doesn't support from the beggining new gen of Ryzen and I have to update the BIOS. Is this the problem? That I must update the BIOS to have the video signal? Thank you.

You can order the free boot kit from AMD. https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/2Gen-Ryzen-AM4-System-Bootup.aspx

After you update the BIOS with the boot kit, you should be fine.
