New PC freezes randomly

When I use my computer, it randomly freezes. When I play games, when I'm youtubing, when I'm even on the desktop doing nothing. If there's sound playing when it freezes, the last sound will repeat and stutter, like a buzzing sound. MY keyboard and mouse stops functioning as well, and if I unplug them and plug them back in, the lights won't come back on. I am forced to do a hard restart. I have checked my RAM, and used Passmark's Burnintest to check if my hardware has any problems. The test results didn't show any.

My specs are :

Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 - 5820K CPU 3.30GHz
16gb DDR4 RAM
Windows 10.

Does anyone know what the problem might be? Appeciate any help!

Try installing Windows 10 recent updates to remove any bugs present ................

I've tried installing the latest updates but still freezes

Try unplugging your rams then again plugging back & make sure that you are running your BIOS in default mode .....................

Unplugged my ram and ran bios in default mode. Also tried plugging in one ram chip at a time, seeing if one of them was flawed. RAM was OK, problem still occuring.
