Question New PC, Freezing badly.

Hi All,

My Gf recently bought a new PC ( prebuilt ) with the following spec
Windows 11
Zotac 4070 ( dual fan)
i7-14700kf
MSI Z790-P WIFI
32Gb ddr5 TForce Ram
800W Gold PSU
h100i AIO

However, right out of box the PC is freezing extremely hard when opening thigs like Discord, Twitch, YouTube.

We have tried :
Updating GPU drivers
Rolling back GPU drivers ( Pre-October)
Updating BIOS
Power set to high performance
Turning off Hardware acceleration ( On both google and discord)
Ram multiple scans ( SCF and Drive scans)


I just un-installed Google Chrome, which seemed to have help slightly. However, still getting freezing in settings menu, etc.

I also can confirm, I am seeing no spikes in any task manager categories. Also, Every component is being recognized on CPUID.

Unsure of the exact make and model, on the build breakdown the following description is listed "800 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Gold Certified Power Supply."

To properly diagnose , the make and model is a must. Most prebuilts skimp on the power supply.

Just checked the invoice, looks to be Apevia

That could be an issue , APEVIA power supplies are known to be very unstable and very poor quality
