Hello, I recently changed my Mobo+cpu+ram from i7 6700+16GB DDR3L RAM+Asus H110M D3 motherboard to Ryzen 5 2600x + Gigabyte x470 Aorus gaming ultra + 16gb (2x8) Corsair LPX 3000Mhz DDR4 ram.

at first, i had constant freezings and crashing, but after few researches i found out that ryzen builds are horrible on old windows 10 versions, so i updated to the latest version and EVERYTHING was fixed, also updated the bios to the latest F3G And XMP on ram was stable as well, but now im having random restarts, usually when copying large files or when installing a game, weird thing is it doesnt happen when stress testing, temps are fine, GPU And cpu both below 70c, and idle at 35c.

im suspecting either PSU or motherboard? the restarts are straight forward restarts, no BSOD or errors, just as if you pressed the restart button on the case, im very limited to money so i can only buy a PSU or a Motherboard, where is the issue possible? need urgent help please!
worth mentioning that CM PSU Calculators says i need about 550-560 watts, i have the old Corsair CX600 thats 4 year old.

Specs:
R5 2600x
Gigabyte x470 gaming ultra
16gb 3000Mhz corsair lpx ram
Corsair CX600 PSU (old green model) (builder series)
2x1TB WD Blue HDD, 1x250gb samsung nvme m.2 pcie 970 evo ssd
5x Blue LED Fans 120mm
Stock ryzen cooler
XFX RX 480 8gb gpu
1x optical drive
Logitech G410 keyboard, G402 mouse
1x USB 2 wifi adapter, 1x USB 2 numeric pad
Samsung curved 1080p monitor

EDIT: Forgot to mention that sometimes When powering on the PC, it goes into a power on/off loop, constantly shutting down and powering up, without even reaching the bios screen, nothing shows on monitor and it just powers off and on, also the Stock Vcore Voltage is 1.45V on my CPU, is this normal?

Your CPU voltage is 1.45v so you've OC'd your CPU then?

This type of behavior seems like a issue with a CPU or RAM OC'. A bad RAM OC can explain the installing games crashes/restarts and the power cycling could be that and/ore a bad CPU OC.

I would start by double checking the RAM sticks, take them out and put them back in with some force making sure they snap locked. While there check all your power cables, make sure they are secure go ahead and double check all your SATA cables and your drive power cables. Just to check that off the list.

After testing that if it continues, go ahead and defualt your Bio settings. No CPU OC and No RAM OC gotta zero out any changes to figure it out.

See if that solves the issue then we'll have some breathing room to figure it out.

My R5 2600x runs at 1.45v out of box, I have not touched anything, not clock not voltage
