Question New pc keeps truning on and off and then on.

Hello everyone! I am new to the forum so I am sorry if it is the wrong place to ask this. I recently just built my first pc. When I finished I powered it on and all the fans started spinning and then they stopped. After about 2 seconds the system automatically powers on avain and the turns off. This just keeps repeating. I am stuck now, and i have no idea what to do, I removed the motherboard battery and also took out everything except the case, cpu, heatsink, psu, and motherboard. I replaced the psu but same problem occurs. I need help on what to do now. I also found out that plugging in the cpu power cable creats all the problems, but removing it means the problem dissapears.

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
RAM: Corsair vengeance ddr4 3000
Motherboard: Asrock x470 master sli/ac
Psu: Evga 500 watt psu
Case: Corsair 570x
Ssd: samsung 1 terabyte ssd

Please perform every single step in this guide first (even if you have done them already): Perform these steps first
I understand it can be tedious, but it doesn't hurt to triple check, and the above guide does sort most problems.

Edit: Yes, you don't have a GPU listed.

Do you not have a GPU? You don't list one and without one, diagnosing this is all a moot point until you do.
