NEW pc making zoom noise

I am worried about my brandnew pc that i builded yesterday. its making zoom noise when i have things running like chrome or other light programs. when i run games or other heavy programs it gets louder. also when i start up my pc or when i shut it off the zoom gets loud. when i turn all the programs off the zoom will get quiet. pleaseee someone help me with this issue.

pc specs:
- i7-8700
- MSI 1070ti armor
- Gskill 16gb 3200MHz
- ASUS ROG STRIX z370-F
- corsair 750 gold
- 250 gb samsung ssd
- 2tb seagate barracuda hdd
- cooler master ml240r
- 2x cooler master rgb fans
- nzxt s340 case black

I think most of us are going to need a bit more info on the 'zoom' noise. Either a video with sound or something maybe?

If you open up your case, are you able to identify what area of the system it is coming from? Case fans? Hard drives? CPU cooler? Power supply?
