[SOLVED] New pc not working

I got pc parts for christmas and I can’t seem to get my pc to boot or even beep or post

I have a ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 1060
Gigabyte b450 bd3h
16gb of ddr4 3200
Evga 650 watt psu

I tried psu on old pc that is running ddr3 and dual core athlon and it works fine. I have bought 3 motherboards off of Amazon none of them work

What do you guys think?

all motherboards were the same make and model?
You will have to update the BIOS prior to install the 3rd gen Ryzen.

Get a compatible CPU/APU (1st or 2nd gen Ryzen) or get a board with a compatible BIOS out of the box, like B550 boards or some newer B450 ones like the MAX series of MSI or similar.
