New PC opinions

Hey guys,
So recently i decided to build my first well, gaming budget pc and i have a small picture what i want. Keep in my i dont really want to overclock. My main problem is the motherboard which i dont want to buy bad or not compatible but still want to stay within the price of the asrock.


cpu: intel i5-4670
motherboard:ASRock Z77 Pro4
RAM: Kingston hyper x 8GB DDR3 1866MHz
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB
GPU: ATI r9 270x

This is in GBP and would look cheaper than at USD prices. I hope this helps but this is a bang for buck intel gaming rig!
