New PC parts, start button lights up but rest doesn't want to run on

Hey, I just began building my new PC with Cooler master PSU V850, Asus ROG Maximus VI Hero, Intel i7 4790k, gskill ripjaws 16gb ram kit, and be quiet Dark Rock Pro 3 cpu cooler. I have tried everything out there on the webs, Start and Reset button LED lights up but that's about it plzz Help!!!

Maybe it's a PSU manufacturing fault of some sort. Or mobo more likely.

Maybe, idk if it was a mobo problem then why does the Start LED still light up
