New pc parts, windows not working

Hello,
I have just upgraded my cpu and motherboard from an i5 6600k and asus z170a to a i7 6700k and asrock k6 gaming. Windows booted fine and all, but for some reason it keeps freezing up randomly, internet barely works, and can only find my uni visitor wifi instead of student wifi... ive installed most of the motherboard drivers i think, but no use. Also my sound doesnt work, it shows my headset plugged in but wont play any sound.

any help would be really appreciated, thanks.

also, youtube videos wont load and it says things like "if it doesnt load soon please restart your device"

Why exactly did you need to change the motherboard?
It's not like there would be any significant difference between them.
You could have just swapped cpus and be done.

New motherboard and cpu usually requires a clean install of windows and all the drivers.

Swapped with a mate as he wanted a white one I wanted a red one...

Resetting windows now reckon it will help?

Yes - reinstall usually solves such upgrade problems (unless some component is damaged).
