Build Advice New PC: Plex Streaming and Dota 2: Ryzen 3700X

Hi everyone,

So I'm running a 5 yr old 4670K with an R9 290 and keen to sell and move on.
Games it is fine however I run plex and about 7 people are sharing which on a sat night can be 5-7 1080P plays, maybe 4 are transcodes.

This is killing my 4670K and I want to upgrade other parts too anyway.

I also do some video editing and lightroom batch photoshop tasks.

I'm keen for some input here.

Would prefer to get it a bit cheaper but also happy to invest if worth it.
I'm not totally stuck on the Mobo or the GPU or SSD however they are the general idea of what I am looking at
