New PC Ram Speed Confusion

Hi, I recently built a PC from scratch, here are the relevant parts to this question:

I bought these two together because the Z170 motherboard said it supported RAM speeds above 2133, including 3200, so I got 3200 RAM

When I use the program by ASUS, CPU-Z, my memory sits around 2140/2150 but varies, not 3200, also it says 15-15-15-36

On the website link for the RAM I bought, as well as saying 3200, it also said it was 16-18-18-36, so why does it show up as 15-15-15-36 on CPU-Z

I will attach screenshots so you can see what I mean, including the SPD tab because I think that is also to do with the RAM

I want my memory to be working above 2133, otherwise I should have bought a cheaper H170 motherboard and cheaper 2133 RAM and saved money....

What CPU....while a mobo can run a variety of data rates the CPU's MC (memory controller) is the defining factor in what you CAN run. Also have you enabled XMP, need to to that to run at 3200, the DRAM doesn't just jump up, when installed it goes to the mobo's default, here 2133, to run faster you need to enable XMP (profile 1) or set the sticks up manually to the spec data rate

May have to go to a manual setup, 6500 might not be able to run 3200, might try 2666 at 16-16-16-36 1.3

I don't know how to do that... anyway if I leave it how it is do I lose a lot of performance compared to if I change it? Is there anything wrong with it being 15-15-15-36 and around 2133, or is that a safe default with good performance and stability/no issues?

I would be very thankful and happy if you were to help me through the process as I have no idea how to do any of that, if you are willing

Will want to go into BIOS set DRAM settings to manual, initially try the data rate/frequency from 2133 to 2400, DRAM voltage to 1.3 and try, if all well then can go back and try the freq to 2666 with the timings shown above

I went into the BIOS settings and it was as easy as clicking on XMP 1
Now I started my PC and observing CPU-Z, I saw my CPU Core speed hit 3588, (my cpu was listed on the website as 3.2GHz, 3.6GHz Turbo, so I'm guessing it's on turbo mode now), also my RAM changed to 3200 on the BIOS and the voltage became 1.35, also it became 16-18-18-36), after starting my PC I watched the DRAM Frequency and it is sitting around the 3000-3010 mark, as opposed to the previous 2140-2150... thank you so much for the help it seems both my CPU and RAM have gained performance

Also, when in BIOS I saw some kind of ASUS EZ setting so I made it Performance instead of Normal? What does that EZ thing effect, my GPU? Also, in CPU-Z, on the graphics section, the Clocks Core shows up as 405 MHz, the memory also shows up as 405 MHz, why is it at this number?
On the website for my GPU it said GPU 1190MHz, Boost 1253MHz, Cores 1024...
Does it only do this when in games or something?

Congrats, you have a very good CPU to carry the sticks like that, instead of CPU-Z, get the free app GPU-Z from techpowerup.com and check it

Hi, so I downloaded the Heaven benchmark from NVIDIA, and while running it I monitored the speeds on CPU-Z, it was stuck at 540
However when I monitored it using GPU-Z, it gave me the values:
Core: 1354
Memory: 1752
I had it set to sense every 1 second, and it remained at these values constantly. Is this good? Why is the memory 1752, and why is the core higher than the advertised?
