Hello,
so I've built this new PC 2 days ago and everything went smooth :
Motherboard : MSI B550 PRO VDH
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz
Memory : Kingston HyperX Predator (2x8 gb)
Storage : Samsung 970 Evo plus 1 TB M.2-2280
GPU : AMD Radeon 7770 --- (New one is coming next week which will be GeForce GTX1050 ti)
Power supply : EV3A 500W (I bought a new 550 one)
So,
when I first started the PC, when the Windows install popped, the PC crashed, 3 times. Then twice when I was entering the product key and once while installing windows.
Then he stood alive 30 min before shutting down again, and then randomly restart.
I have tried a good number of things :
Also, when it restart, the fans doesn't stop running. CPU cooler and GPU keep spinning, but I hear the starting sound from the GPU, even tho the GPU fans doesn't stop spinning either
Now the only thing that seem to have an effect upon my issue is the 8pin CPU power connector : When I'm in a boot loop and I reconnect it, it usually stop the boot loop for a while and allow me to keep the PC alive for 1-5 min
The only WARNING (Warning not error pleace notice the difference) I've had was :
"There is no GOP support detected in this card Bios settings will be changed to CSM ". Which just changed UEFI to CSM in bios, and I don't know why the GPU would have any effect on the PC rebooting, so I don't think this is the problem here.
Now, the only things I can think about are :
The EZ Debug LED works fine and show me that nothing goes wrong, I don't have any ideas left.
Thanks a lot for reading and helping me through this

I have tried a good number of things :
- Reseat everything
- Rebuild the PC from scratch
- Reset CMOS
- Disable XMP
- Try without GPU (I can't plug a monitor on the CPU I have but my mouse glow and then stop which lead me to think it does disconnect)
- Reset CMOS
- Change PSU (( really thought that was that)
- Try with only 1 stick of ram in every slot, with the old and new one
- Delete windows and boot on linux instead
Also, when it restart, the fans doesn't stop running. CPU cooler and GPU keep spinning, but I hear the starting sound from the GPU, even tho the GPU fans doesn't stop spinning either

- GPU Problem that I'm not aware of ??? (Very low chance)
- Motherboard has a problem
