Question New pc sometimes wont start

Just built a new pc.Most of the times it doesnt boot and the qled on the motherboard stays on white(vga).Some other times it boots just fine.There are some other occasions where even tho it booted my pc would crash.When the qled is white restarting the pc seems to work most of the times but im sure sth is wrong with the pc.
Specs:
Asus Rog B650A wifi
AMD 7600X
GIGABYTE 4070 AERO
CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM 2X16GB 5600
CORSAIR MX850
SAMSUNG M2 980 2TB
NZXT KRAKEN AIO 360.
(2 monitors are connected but it doesnt seem to be the source since it happened to me with just 1 connected)

GPU or MoBo issue.

Few things to try;
#1 Try using 2nd PCI-E x16 slot for your GPU.
#2 Try with 2nd, known to work GPU.

If both of these two fail, try with 2nd, known to work MoBo.
