Question New pc turns on, but won't get to bios

I just got a new motherboard, cpu, ram and m.2. It turns on, but just displays random colored lines on the screen and won't get to bios. The green light on the motherboard is on, all fans are spinning. I have also tried using one stick of ram at a time, but I get the same result.

Which model?

It turns on, but just displays random colored lines on the screen and won't get to bios.

Take out your RTX 3070 Ti, completely out, and plug your monitor to your MoBo. Look if you get an image.

Update: I did the full windows setup through the motherboard display port. After it was running for a few minutes the NVIDIA icon showed up on the bottom right and it started to work. Not sure why it wasn’t before as I didn’t change a thing.

HDMI usually needs GPU drivers to work properly. DisplayPort works without drivers. Still, every GPU must be able to use Windows built-in display drivers, since you actually need to see an image, to install GPU drivers.
