Question New PC Turns on but Won't Post

Here is my parts list:

Things I've tried:

1. Using different power cable from power supply. Used in every power slot available on the PSU
2. Tried a different graphics card that is working properly and nothing happened (functional GTX 1060)
3. Resetting CMOS with paper clip
4. Several different HDMI / DVI cables

My motherboard doesn't seem to have any on-board video. (No VGA or anything like that)

EDIT: I've been building PCs for years and forgot to plug in the CPU power 🆒
