New PC, what cooling system?

Hi guys, I've selected the parts of my new PC that I'm going to build that hopefully will last me a long time and I'm planning on getting another video card for SLI later down the line, only problem is I'm not to sure on what CPU cooler to get? Evo? Water Cooling? Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated, also feel free to recommend different parts to the ones I have selected.

How far do you plan to overclock your CPU, if it's going to be 4.6GHz I would stick with the EVO, anything over the BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 or NH-D15 would cover it. Water cooling is more about looks so if you like it and don't mind the cost go for it, all in ones are loud and don't offer any improved cooling over the latter two options.
