Will it max everything? Will it be quiet? What's better a GTX 760 or that card there?

Solution
The GTX 960 has replaced the 760, it performs a little better and uses less power. It's also usually cheaper, so there's little point in getting a 760 unless you stumble on an unusually good deal.

It doesn't seem to say what CPU cooler is used, so that could influence system noise a lot.

Hi Hyphron,

The 960 outperforms in in every task against the 670.

If you are running games at 1080p you will not be able to max out everything as the 2 gb of VRAM on the GPU can be a problem. You will be able to max out most games but on others you many need to turn down the settings slightly.

Hope this helps
