Okay, so i just got a new pc ;
i7 4790k
GTX 970 Gigabyte G1 Gaming
Msi Z97 Gaming 5
Corsair RM650
2x8 Kingston Savage RAM

I couldn't boot my pc yet. I have tried to boot my pc with my old HDD from other old pc but didnt work, everytime at windows load, it crashes and restarts. I had a SSD i used in my old pc but i format it and installed windows, when i put it in, it just does the same thing. With graphics card, in the middle of the windows logo (those moving balls) it gives me blue screen and restarts, when graphics card is not installed, it doesnt give any error but just restart. Help?

Solution
Format your ssd again, put it in your pc and then install windows. You must install windows with the drive connected to the pc, otherwise it won't install the proper motherboard drivers and you'll get blue screens and restarts.
