Well in about 2 months im gonna change my pc and due to poor market state in my country i was thinking i should go with this specific build:
Motherboard:MSI B450 Mortar Max
CPU:Ryzen 5 1600 AF(Im going for AF right now cause im on budget, and in my country i think its the best cpu for 150$ right now(Ryz 5 2600 is 200$ btw,and its not quite a difference between these two cpu's)
RAM:G Skill Aegis 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz
GPU:Gonna dip in my Sapphire RX 470 4GB from current PC in it for time being(gonna upgrade either to Nvidia 1070ti or 1080 or some AMD gpu later on)
Case:I think im gonna with Cooler Master MB600L or MB511 not quite sure still which one to pick(help me out on this one not sure which case is the better one)
PSU:I think im gonna go with Seasonic SSR 650GB3 or 550 one i think it should handle it regardless if i opt to switch to 1070/1080 on 550 one(curious on this one)
And thats about it,i just wanna know is this a decent build and will everything work just fine.Cheers :)

Solution
Well the country is Serbia(my budget is like 500$ or 550 at most),bear in mind that also our used market is kinda screwed(16Gb DDR3 costs 70-80$ lol,and 16GB DDR4 is 90$,i know right weird...)and for parts its only GPU,SSD and HDD as well :)

The build you currently said is totally fine, motherboard is great, but what is the price for the msi b450 tomahawk max, is it cheaper?
If it is might as well save some there because it is basically the same board but the only difference is that mortar max has one additional m2 slot.

I assume you will be using the stock cooler?

Ram is fine, 3200 mhz 16gb

I currently have the mb511 and from what i can see between the both, the 511 front is open and will help for airflow whereas the the...

I currently have the mb511 and from what i can see between the both, the 511 front is open and will help for airflow whereas the the 600l has close front and the only intake for the front fans are from the sides, so go for the 511.

and power supply is good too no issues there as well, , and yes 550w should do the job incase you plan to upgrade gpu later, but if you are going to overclock and upgrade your cpu as well, you will want to get the 650w. sorry for the late reply. Everything looks great, have fun 😇

Also on newegg and you can pick up a ryzen 5 3600 for $167

https://www.newegg.com/amd-ryzen-5-3600/p/N82E16819113569?Item=N82E16819113569&nm_mc=AFC-RAN-COM&cm_mmc=AFC-RAN-COM&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-PCPartPicker&AFFID=2558510&AFFNAME=PCPartPicker&ACRID=1&ASID=https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9nm323/amd-ryzen-5-3600-36-thz-6-core-processor-100-100000031box&ranMID=44583&ranEAID=2558510&ranSiteID=8BacdVP0GFs-ZQHvwUDbGyrdMo_xjDlQpA

If you can get this, i would suggest you to go for it, otherwise the 1600AF is totally fine
