Building a new PC in the next couple of months. Taking advantage of any holiday sales/bundles.
Primary use - CAD/video/photo
I already have a mostly parts list, I just want to see what you guys come up with.

Parts to Upgrade: Whole PC

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon, Newegg. Microcenter only if shipped, BHPhotoVideo.

Location: Eastern US

Parts Preferences: CPU and GPU agnostic. GPU = 4070 Super or equivalent/better.

Overclocking: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080 X 3

Additional Comments:
The less RGB bling the better.
64GB RAM min.
Must have space for 4 xSATA III SSD.
3x 24" monitors.
2TB 990 Pro or equivalent. (this will be a secondary drive, a 980 Pro will be moved over and be the OS drive.)

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Current PC (Viper in my sig) gets passed to a family member.

Budget: $2500 max. This does not mean building to $2498. Cheaper is better.

This is just a template and is not set in stone by all means but thought I'd submit what I'd have on a wishlist, kind of :)

Case will accept 4x2.5" drives out of the box with all drive mounting locations but you can pick up the bracket I've added in the parts list to place 2x2.5" drives atop of the PSU basement. AIO will be mounted at the top, so you still have provision to use the drive caddy below to house 3.5" drives, if needed. I later realized the innards are white while the case and some other parts are black. I should've include 3 monitors into the listing, huh?
