NEW PCs Not Picking up my Graphics Card...

I just built my first pc but it isnt picking up my Graphics Card. It's plugged in correctly and the fans are running, as well as drivers being installed. IS there anything I can do to make my PC pick this up?

Check the power connectors on the graphics card the additional 6 and 8 pin connectorspn the top of the card
If that dosen't fix it make sure the video cable (e.g HDMI) is plugged into the graphics card nor the motherboard
And can you post your psu spec if all of that dosen't work thanks

Yes you will need both 6 and the 8 pin in if your card takes 2 additional power connectors you will need both
