New Pre build PC

Hi I and upgrading from a budget PC i built 3 years ago. As much fun and frustration i had building this PC i am going for a pre build. My main questions are is it worth going for an i7 over the i5-8600k and how much better performance am i going to get from the 1070 Ti over the 1070? My max budget is £1500 but any money saved under this will be going towards a monitor. I am also a little unsure of the power supply and the cooling system. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That will not run what you have listed not for long anyhow. Very low quality and you should at the least be looking at a HIGH QUALITY 550 watt.
