New Processor Good Or Nah?

Hey Guys. I'm looking to buy a new processor for around $200. I currently have

Intel Core i3 3220. Ivy bridge Socket LGa 1155

Are Any OF these Good

1) i3- 3250

2) i3-3240

is this a good replacement?
I also have replaced my PSU that's 600W and Graphics card to Radeon R7 200 series...

Im not really interested in getting a gaming comp till like college, and i jsut want to hand this computer down eventually to my sister...
So is this processor a good replacement for the one i currently have?

No. For $200, you could easily get an i5. You should never replace one i3 with another i3. You would not notice the difference.
