So I had the same power supply for almost 10 years and my computer started randomly restarting while playing games. I had JUST upgraded everything so I figured it was the power supply. I got a new gold-rated 600w power supply and did the best I could to install everything. It’s the first time I’ve had to install a new power supply.
Now that everything is connected, when I press the power button my computer fans work, the lights work, but there’s no beep like before and nothing comes on the screen.
I tried unplugging and replugging connectors, I unplugged the computer and held down the power button for 20+ seconds, but still nothing.
Here’s my computer specs:
CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard - ASUS Prime B450M-A
Video card - EVGA GTX 1660 SUPER BLACK
Memory - G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16gb 3200mhz
Power supply - EVGA 600GD, 80+ Gold 600W
