New PSU didn't fix odd issues when trying to boot PC

Hey. So I recently ordered a new PSU because my PC has been having some odd issues for a while. It wouldn't boot unless I jostled it around sometimes. And weirdly, most of the time when it wouldn't boot, the RGB on my keyboard would light up partially (in colors that weren't what my profile I used were).

So I finally replaced my PSU today because I figured that was the issue. But after hooking up the brand new PSU the PC won't turn on. If I flip the power switch in the back on, the case fan and CPU fan start spinning but the power button on the front won't turn it on. On top of that, the lights on my keyboard are lighting up again when I try to turn it on. Does anybody have any advice?

EDIT: I should have noticed this earlier but when the fans all turn on, the PSU fan rocks back and forth like it's trying to go but it won't.

Solution
first of all, take out all your components from the system and make them into a test bench, try to use minimal amount of components to narrow down whats broken, worst case cenario its your mobo being fried
