Hello I currently have a ryzen 7800X3D alongside a seasonic gold rated 1000 W power supply a B650E as rock taichi lite motherboard, and an RX6700XT graphics card my question to the group is since the 9070 XT graphics cards are not only out of stock but way overpriced. Should I wait patiently in the hopes that these graphics cards not only come back in stock but also drop back to their $600 MSRP or should I opt for a used 6900 XT if it matters the used 6900 XT would only cost me between 500 to 600 bucks off eBay if I search well enough
If it matters, I game at 1080P 144hz and even though I love my graphics card some of the games I play either max out the 12 GB of VRAM or they run poorly because I like to max out my games

there will be better stock or re stock of the 9070xt eventually ..

Im not sure i would risk a second hand GPU myself

If you can find a 7900xt new may be an option ..

But the 9070xt is better RT than my 7900xtx and while not as good in raster its close.

Everything is over priced but in the grand scheme of things the 9070xt seems to be the best new price to performance GPU on the market at the moment

The 9070 XT even if it does come back in stock isn't even being sold at the 600$ MSRP

if you are OK with a used gpu you can search for RTX 4070 Ti super or rtx 4080 both with 16gb of VRAM
or wait untill new readeons are in stock for a reasonable prices (but this may take a minute) ...

i would not fear to buy a used gpu
i got plenty of good deals this way in the past ,
(i bought both my ex gtx 1080 and current 2070 super this way ...
2070 super cost me only 220 bucks 3 years ago
and at the time it still had 6 months of warranty left
with a receipt ticket from the buyer)

if you use common sense and you are reasonably careful than
you should be able to avoid scammers and faulty pieces of hardware .
