So i purchased a Evga supernova p3 1000w for my girl friends pc and i checked the psu with 2x psu testers and also when installed in the pc.

Thermaltake Dr. Oower III : +12V : +11.9V / +5V : +5.02V / +3.3V : +3.30V / +5VSB : +5.08V / PG : 182MS

Delock Power Supply Tester : +5V : 5.0V / +12V1 : 12.0V / +3.3V : 3.2V / -12V : 12.2V / +12V2 : 12.0V / 5VSB : 5.1V / PG : 180MS

Bios : +12.00V : +11.985V / +5.00V : +4.968V / +3.30V : 3.296V

HWiNFO64 : +12 : +11.986V / +5V : 4.968V / +3.3V : +3.296V

Just ran a test with Firestrike and Time Spy Results : +12V : Min 11.774V Max +12.038V / +5V : Min +4.944V Max +4.968V / +3.3V ; Min +3.264 Max +3.296V

Ran also Cinebench R 24 Results : +12V : Min +11.986V Max +12.038V / +5V : Min +4.968V Max +4.992V / +3.3V Min +3.280V Max +3.296V

Are there ok i know some are under the 12V 5V 3.3V just not much is that a problem?

Your numbers look to be in the spec and are just fine.

Output Range Min. Nom. Max. Unit
+12VDC (1) ±5% +11.40 +12.00 +12.60 Volts
+5VDC ±5% +4.75 +5.00 +5.25 Volts
+3.3VDC ±5% +3.14 +3.30 +3.47 Volts

-12VDC ±10% -10.80 -12.00 -13.20 Volts
