Question New ram But Pc doesnt boot

hello guys i buyed a new crucial 4GB 1600 ddr3 memory for upgrade i have old one 4gb crucial 1600 ddr3 but the new one doesnt let it boot and iuse debug card and it shows me code 48 with the new ram installed. which i dont know what code 48 is i reset the cmos updated bios but I tried other ram kit 1333 they work 2 sticks but the cruical ram doesn't work on 2 stick
