[SOLVED] New RAM causes PC to reboot?

I have just upgrade my pc with another ddr3 4gb 1600mhz ram stick for my i5 3570 and asrock h67m but when i used the new ram my pc always restart itself. But when i use my old ram, it works fine. Why does this happen, and what is the solution?

Adding extra memory to existing memory has no guarantee to be compatible together.
