New ram. Cmos error. Help!

Hello, PC used to not boot because of ram.

After installing new ram, the PC turns on only for 5-15 seconds and shuts off completely.

I reset the cmos manually and the same issue stated above occurs and a checksum error default loaded appeared, along with a floppy error.

What do I do?
