Question New Ram DDR4, but my pc doesn't seem to respond as expected

Hello, yesterday I bought a new 16GB RAM DDR4 2400MHZ stick and I wanted to change it for my 8GB Ram stick, my motherboad supports 32GB Ram and it has 2 slots. Everytime I try to turn on my PC with my old stick, my computer runs well and properly. However whenever I try to initialize my PC with my RAM it also turns on but, neither my keyboard, mouse and my 2 monitors seem to respond my computer. Does anybody has a solution for my problem?
