I bought a new stick of ram to get a total of 16GB, i had 8GB Hyperx fury black and i bought another 8GB XPG spectrux D41 from Adata, but the issue is that i already install the new stick but my system is not detecting the new stick.

MOBO: Gigabyte B250M-D3H
CPU: i5 7400

RAM Hyperx at 2133mhz with a voltage of 1.2
RAM XPG at 3000mhz with a voltage of 1.35

Solution
Is the RAM installed in the correct slots per motherboard instructions for when running 2 dims/sticks?

Although you bought the same make and model RAM there is still a chance of issues when mixing RAM bought separately. Ideally you buy RAM in matched kits.
Your motherboard only supports 2133 and 2400mhz RAM.

And it's generally recommend to get matching RAM, so same brand/model and speed. Speed is the most important thing to match though, mixing speeds can cause some issues. So your best move would be to buy a matching HyperX stick to pair with your current one, or upgrading to a pair of 2400Mhz.

I didn't slide in the ram correctly apparently. I took it off and push it harder that i thought (i was afraid to damage the RAM) but at the end the RAM was detected and running as expected. Thank you.

Thank you for the update! With the differences in speed and voltage I didn't think you had much of a chance of getting both to run together. Glad to see I was wrong! :)
